What Holly loves to see most in this world is good people doing good things: making others smile is a personal challenge she holds dear. Since childhood, her career aspirations ranged from professional swimmer to Doctor, finally leading her to Osteopathy.
After receiving Osteopathic treatment herself following sporting injuries Holly was drawn to the profession and enrolled to study at RMIT in Victoria where she completed her studies. She’s enjoyed working with a wide range of people including professional athletes and has developed a particular interest in the lower limb biomechanics and how this applies to effective walking and running.
When she’s not treating at the clinic, Holly’s ideal place to be is floating in a boat out in the ocean with a good book. Or maybe hitting the dance floor…with a pair of tap shoes!
Holly particularly loves soft tissue techniques and draws on a wide range of approaches to support her patients in their recovery and enjoys treating acute pain and sporting injuries. She holds a certification in dry needling and myofascial cupping.
